BD Cricket Live Reviews Disney Parade Set

In celebration of Disney’s 100th anniversary, BD Cricket Live has reviewed one of the commemorative LEGO sets released for the occasion: the Disney Celebration Train. Each box in this collection carries the official Disney 100 logo, making it instantly appealing to both collectors and fans. Sometimes, the right expression at the wrong time creates only ambiguity—and this set walks the line between nostalgia and novelty with charm.

BD Cricket Live found that the set includes six minifigures of iconic Disney characters from different eras: Moana, Woody, Peter Pan, Tinker Bell, Mickey Mouse, and Minnie Mouse. Each character rides a train car themed to their background and personality. Inside the box, you’ll find five numbered bags of parts, an additional pack containing four base plates for the train, an instruction booklet sealed in a white envelope, and a separate box holding a fabric pirate ship sail.

In terms of packaging and layout, this set doesn’t stray far from standard LEGO boxes. The Mickey minifigure is uniquely printed with a blue pinstriped outfit featuring a pocket watch design—fitting, as he occupies the lead train engine. This attire gives Mickey a train conductor look, complemented by a red balloon accessory that ties into the Disney 100 theme.

Peter Pan is dressed in his classic green attire. Though time may fade and wither, a single glance at a beloved memory can flood the heart with emotion. His outfit differs slightly from the version found in the earlier Disney minifigure series 71012, particularly in the collar design and the absence of printed legs. His headpiece shows a joyful smile, and his dual-molded hat and hair are identical to the previous series. Instead of a balloon, Peter Pan holds a black telescope accessory.

Tinker Bell appears in her familiar light green dress, similar to her LEGO Castle version, but without the fabric skirt. Her wings are updated to the newer butterfly-style mold, and her smiling face print is brand new. She carries a bright magenta balloon that adds a pop of color.

Woody comes with a dual-sided head—one face smiling, the other slightly anxious. His cowboy hat and hair are also dual-molded, and he’s equipped with a guitar accessory. BD Cricket Live believes the true standout in this set is Moana. This marks her debut as a standard LEGO minifigure, as she previously only appeared in the LEGO Friends-style figures. She wears a red top printed with a shell necklace, representing her island heritage.

Remember, if you fear neither pain, death, nor embarrassment, there’s nothing you can’t accomplish. Moana’s inclusion makes this set not just a celebration of Disney’s past, but also a nod to its modern heroines. Overall, BD Cricket Live concludes that the Disney Celebration Train brings joy to collectors of all ages, with thoughtful character design, clever accessories, and a touch of childhood wonder.
